Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious UK real estate investment management business, based in West London and looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder.
Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: West London
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, fully office-based
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Role
We are looking for an junior to mid level Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to founder. This is a traditional EA role with a strong business focus. While there will be some PA responsibilities supporting HNWI personal life, the majority of the role will centre around business administration, diary management, meetings, travel, communication and keeping senior stakeholders organised and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive EA support to Founder & some personal life matters.
- Manage complex and changing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Organise domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, presentations and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, advisers and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence, emails and follow-ups on behalf of senior executives.
- Assist with business projects, research and ad-hoc commercial activities.
- Prepare and organise documents and information ahead of key meetings.
- Support with some personal and private administrative matters where required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business and personal information.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.

About You

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives, HNWIs or within financial services, investment or professional services.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing complex diaries and multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded and interested in the wider business.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working five days a week in the office.
- Flexible and willing to support with occasional personal responsibilities when required.
- Hands-on, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever needed.
