Executive Assistant to Senior Exec
Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Start: Mid October
Duration: 2 - 3 months but could be longer
Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Weekly UK travel required
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant who will be providing high-level support to a Senior Exec but will also be a key point of contact for Senior Management across the company. It may also include occasional support to other members of the Executive Leadership Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised EA who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and becoming a trusted partner at the heart of a busy business.

The role:
You will provide comprehensive EA and administrative support, helping to keep senior executives organised, prepared, and focused on their priorities. Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and events
- Inbox, expenses, and invoice management
- Preparing executives for key meetings and priorities
- Coordinating Executive Board meetings, minutes, and actions
- Collating company data and reports for leadership meetings
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting projects and wider corporate initiatives
- Proactively identifying diary or workload conflicts and finding solutions
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

We’re looking for someone with proven experience supporting at Director or Executive level who can confidently operate in a busy, fast-moving environment. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with excellent time management and communication skills. You’ll also be a natural problem solver who takes ownership of their work and builds strong relationships across all levels of a business.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required.
