Expleo is working closely with a globally renowned Automotive OEM in Central London to recruit an Executive Assistant & Office Experience Coordinator, to support their Design Studio on a contract basis.
You will be a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to drive a structured, efficient, and high-performing operating environment for the VP-level leadership team and the wider design studio, playing a critical part in elevating the standard of executive operations, strengthening cross-functional coordination, and improving the overall office experience. The successful candidate will bring strong personal standards, anticipate needs ahead of time, and introduce more effective ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Operations & Agenda Support: Optimize complex calendars, ensuring effective prioritization and anticipate scheduling needs
- Office Management & Administration: Act as the key person for day-to-day office activities, ensuring a well-organized, responsive, and efficient environment
- Mobility & Travel Support
- Corporate Communications Coordination
Qualifications & Skill required for the Executive Assistant position:
- Experience in executive support and office operations
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced, structured environments
- Exposure to cross-functional working including HR / Finance / Operations
- Ability to manage complexity and improve ways of working
- Experience in event coordination, travel planning, or operational support is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
