Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus
Location: Putney, Southwest London (SW15)
Working Pattern: Fully office-based, 5 days per week
Hours: 8.45am/9:00am–5:00pm/5:30pm
Company Size: Approximately 20 employees

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join a growing, founder-led professional services business based in Southwest London.
This is a varied and visible position that combines Executive Assistance, Office Management, and People Operations responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll become a trusted right-hand support while also taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy and collaborative office. The role would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
Executive Assistant Support
- Extensive diary management for the Founder
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and business engagements
- Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
- Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper

Office Management & Operations
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing suppliers, facilities, building management, and IT providers
- Creating an exceptional experience for visitors and clients
- Managing office resources, supplies, and workplace administration
- Supporting expenses, invoices, and general business administration
People & Culture Support
- Supporting onboarding and employee administration
- Assisting with HR and people-related processes
- Coordinating staff events, socials, and engagement initiatives
- Providing operational support across the wider business
- Helping foster a positive and collaborative office culture
About You
You'll be a hands-on, proactive professional who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar
- Experience supporting senior leaders, founders, or entrepreneurial stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency
