Job Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full Time – 5 Days in office - £45,000 – £50,000

Our client is a well-established private real estate investment, asset management, and development business with a strong presence across the UK. The business has extensive experience across Central London, retail and leisure, and strategic land, with a track record of delivering high-quality real estate projects and creating long-term value for investors and communities.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level administrative and operational support across the business, working closely with senior Partners including the Founding Partner and Managing Partner.

This is a varied and hands-on position combining executive support, office management, front-of-house, systems, events, compliance, and general business support. The successful candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, while providing a polished and professional experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being the central point of contact within a professional environment, is comfortable managing competing priorities, and takes genuine ownership of their responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
