About the job
Location: Innovate Cambridge, Cambridge
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (25 hours) considered
For part-time appointments, we are flexible on the working pattern, although ideally the successful candidate will be able to work Monday to Friday.
Reports to: Head of Operations and Partnerships

About the role
We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become a central member of our team.
This is a varied role combining executive support, office management and operational coordination. You'll play a key role in supporting our senior leadership team while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Innovate Cambridge and The Glasshouse, Cambridge's innovation hub.
We're open to appointing either a full-time or part-time candidate, with responsibilities tailored to reflect the agreed working pattern.

What are we looking for?
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
- Experienced in executive support, office management or senior administration.
What will you do?
- Provide executive support to the CEO and Deputy CEO.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of The Glasshouse.
- Support office management, finance administration and onboarding.
- Help deliver meetings, events, programmes and visiting delegations.
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, members and visitors.
