At Inform Holdings Ltd, we bring fairness, clarity and better outcomes to the commercial property business rates market. We support Local Authorities to maximise collection while helping businesses ensure their liabilities are accurate and fair.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO and senior leadership team, while taking ownership of the smooth running of our office.
This Role
This new role sits at the heart of the business, combining high-quality executive support with practical office operations. You will help senior leaders stay organised, prepared and focused, while ensuring the office is welcoming, efficient and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s diary, priorities and meeting preparation.
- Support the wider leadership team by organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes where required and tracking actions.
- Draft, proofread and prepare communications, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, handling information with discretion.

Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day running of our 2 offices. We have one in Manchester and a smaller site in Chester.
- Manage facilities, suppliers, office equipment, purchasing and general office requirements.
- Support office policies, health and safety requirements and compliance processes.
- Act as a go-to person for staff queries relating to the office, facilities and day-to-day support.
Events, Engagement and Business Support
- Coordinate industry events, liaising with suppliers, attendees and logistics.
- Support Marketing in social media scheduling and website updates.
- Plan staff events, socials and office initiatives that support collaboration and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or business support role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organisation, diary management and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing professional documents and meeting materials.
- High levels of discretion, sound judgement and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to take ownership.
- Experience supporting office operations, suppliers, facilities, purchasing or general administration.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using Monday.com would be an advantage.
