Lie Down & Listen
Lie Down & Listen is a growing international deep listening, sound healing and lying down classical concert experience, working across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the Founder and the Head of Events & Partnerships.
It's ideal for someone who is systems minded, calm, and excellent at keeping multiple moving parts under control.
The Role
- Reports to: Head of Events & Partnerships
- Works closely with: Founder & Artistic Director
- Location: mainly remote, with occasional London and Cotswolds working
- Hours: 1 to 2 days per week
- Contract: Free lance, invoiced monthly
- Pay: £200 per day
- Start: as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and organising the Founder's inbox
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- UK and international travel planning
- Managing invoices, receipts, expenses and payment tracking
- Keeping financial administration organised and up to date
- Creating and maintaining clear systems, trackers and workflows
- Supporting event administration and logistics
- Preparing meeting notes, action lists and follow ups
- Chasing outstanding actions, documents and payments
- Organising contracts, files and shared documents
- Using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency
- Supporting the Head of Events & Partnerships with project administration
- Keeping the Google Drive organised and up to date
- Creating and maintaining business trackers and spreadsheets

The purpose of the role is simple: to protect the Founder's attention, create strong systems, and ensure the business stays organised as it grows.
