Operations Executive Assistant – Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus Benefits
We are partnering with an award-winning, AI-driven medical technology company based in Cambridge, in the search for an Operations Executive Assistant to work directly alongside their Founder. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to play a genuinely pivotal role at the heart of a growing, mission-led business.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the right hand to an incredibly busy Founder, anticipating what's needed before it's asked for and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. No two days will look the same, but you can expect to:
- Manage and organise a demanding diary of business meetings, often with limited notice
- Produce multiple reports on a daily basis, accurately and to a high standard
- Transcribe meetings and audio recordings, issuing same-day actions
- Prepare, proofread and format documents and correspondence
- Conduct research and pull together information to support decision-making
- Handle email correspondence and keep electronic filing systems in order
- Support with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Use a range of software including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar, DocuSign and AI transcription tools

What you'll bring
- A genuine interest in technology and AI, and ideally some experience within a technology, engineering, software or digital environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload
- Sharp attention to detail, particularly when proofreading
- Confident, clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- A proactive problem-solver who's just as happy working independently as part of a team
- Resilient and adaptable, with the analytical skills to anticipate what a busy Founder will need next
