At WPS, we're looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to our Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner to a key business leader, supporting strategic priorities, board activities and business-critical projects.

No two days are the same in this role, making it perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in delivering excellence, and enjoys building strong relationships across a dynamic organisation.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

  • πŸ“… Managing a complex and demanding diary, coordinating meetings, travel and events
  • ✈️ Organising business and personal travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and execution
  • πŸ“– Preparing meeting packs, agendas, presentations and briefing documents
  • πŸ“ Attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion
  • πŸ“¨ Drafting, proofreading and managing correspondence, reports and business documentation
  • βœ… Proactively monitoring commitments, deadlines and key business priorities
  • 🀝 Working closely with board members and senior stakeholders to provide exceptional support
  • πŸ“Š Producing reports, research and information to support decision-making
  • πŸ“ Maintaining efficient electronic and paper filing systems
  • πŸ’° Supporting with financial administration and record keeping where required
  • 🎯 Leading and delivering specific projects from initiation through to completion
  • πŸ’‘ Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

🌟 What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who can confidently operate at a senior level and who has:

  • βœ”οΈ Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior leadership
  • βœ”οΈ Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • βœ”οΈ The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy and demanding environment
  • βœ”οΈ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • βœ”οΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • βœ”οΈ The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and board-level colleagues
  • βœ”οΈ A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • βœ”οΈ High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • βœ”οΈ Strong project coordination and follow-through capabilities
