The brand is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive, playing a key role in ensuring their time is managed effectively and priorities remain on track.
The Role:
- Provide high-level EA support to a senior executive.
- Manage a complex and constantly changing diary, prioritising and protecting the executive’s time.
- Act as an effective gatekeeper, using strong judgement around access, priorities and scheduling.
- Coordinate extensive international travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Work closely with regional and global EA teams to coordinate meetings, travel and wider business activity.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
- Support meetings, events and key business activities where a high-touch approach is required.
- Represent the executive professionally and ensure a consistently high level of service.

About You:
- Experienced Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong relationship builder who is confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent gatekeeping and prioritisation skills, with the confidence to protect an executive’s time.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced in complex diary and travel management.
- Comfortable working across regional and global teams in an international environment.
- Understands the pace, expectations and service levels associated with luxury retail.
- Naturally proactive, discreet and commercially aware.
- Confident handling competing priorities and changing requirements.
- Understands the importance of a high-touch, highly personalised approach.
