We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing legal technology company, who are looking for an Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to their CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a scaling SaaS business at an exciting stage of growth. Supporting the CEO while coordinating board meetings, investor engagement, and key business initiatives, you'll play a central role in helping the leadership team operate at their best in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, international travel, and senior stakeholder communications
  • Experience supporting Board meetings, Board packs, and governance processes
  • Experience working with investors or supporting investor relations is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement when handling confidential information
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce professional documentation and presentations
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Confidence using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Previous experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology business would be advantageous
