Executive Assistant
C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly successful and rapidly growing advisory firm. This is a chance to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Based in a prime Central London location, this role offers excellent exposure, genuine progression opportunities, a collaborative culture, and a sociable team environment.
Position
Executive Assistant supporting Managing Partners, with additional office management responsibilities
Salary
£38,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid Set Up
4 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities
- Providing seamless support to a group of senior leaders, ensuring their time is managed effectively
- Managing busy and ever-changing calendars, prioritising meetings and commitments
- Overseeing email correspondence and helping to identify key priorities
- Organising internal and external meetings, including logistics, preparation, and follow-up
- Building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and key business contacts
- Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
- Managing expenses, invoices, and related administration
- Creating presentations, briefing documents, and supporting materials
- Taking ownership of office coordination and ensuring a professional working environment
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of company events, networking activities, and team socials
- Supporting business projects and carrying out research as required
- Working closely with the wider team to provide administrative support across the business
- Handling confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant
- Experience within private equity, executive search, legal services, or a professional services environment preferred
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Polished and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Highly discreet and confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating complex diaries, travel, and business logistics
- Positive, adaptable, and resilient approach to work
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Bright, ambitious, and keen to build a long-term career within a growing business
