Our client is an ambitious and growing financial services business with a reputation for excellence, exceptional client service, and a strong performance-driven culture. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership.
Please note that whilst this is offered on a part-time basis, full-time candidates with the right experience will be considered.

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating meetings, client appointments, and business events
- Inbox management and correspondence handling
- Preparing meeting packs, presentations, reports, and documentation
- Managing travel arrangements and logistics
- Liaising with high-net-worth clients, professional advisers, and key stakeholders
- Tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives
- Supporting business projects and strategic objectives
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with experience gained within a financial services environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior support experience
- Experience within financial planning, wealth management, investment management, banking, insurance, or a related financial services sector
- Exceptional organizational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- A professional, confident, and discreet approach
