Executive Assistant | CEO's Office
West End, London | Hybrid (3 days office) | £75,000–£85,000 + Generous Bonus
This is a great opportunity to join the CEO's Office of a highly successful international investment business, supporting a respected leaders.
Working alongside another Executive Assistant, you'll become part of a small, high-performing CEO Office, providing seamless support across both business and personal matters whilst helping to ensure the smooth running of this critical function.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and wants to become a genuine extension of the executive they support.
The Role
- Extensive diary and inbox management for the CEO.
- Coordinating complex international travel and detailed itineraries.
- Accompanying the CEO to selected Board and Committee meetings, providing support before, during and after.
- Preparing agendas, meeting papers and briefing documentation.
- Managing both business and personal matters with complete discretion.
- Acting as a key point of contact across the business, building strong relationships with Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders.
- Working closely alongside another Executive Assistant to ensure seamless support across the CEO's Office.
- Managing ad hoc projects and ensuring the CEO is consistently one step ahead.

About You
- Previous experience supporting C-suite, Founder or Board-level executives within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing both business and personal support with complete discretion.
- Experienced coordinating complex international travel, ever-changing diaries and competing priorities.
- Exposure to Board and Committee meetings, including preparing papers and ensuring executives are fully briefed.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders and Executive Assistants across the business.
- Naturally proactive, highly organised and always thinking several steps ahead.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Enjoys working collaboratively whilst also being trusted to work independently.
- Looking for a role where you can become a genuine extension of the CEO's Office rather than simply providing administrative support.
