About the Company
An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior lawyers within its busy Real Estate division.
About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring an exceptionally organised, proactive and professional EA/PA. You will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders while helping the wider team operate efficiently and deliver an excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
- Organising internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating meeting materials
- Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Managing correspondence, calls and competing priorities on behalf of senior lawyers
- Producing, formatting and amending documents, reports and presentations
- Supporting the preparation and management of legal documents and transaction-related materials
- Opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic files and ensuring records remain accurate
- Coordinating billing, time recording, expenses and invoice administration
- Liaising professionally with clients, lawyers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
- Assisting with business development activities, events and client meetings
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
- Providing additional administrative support to the Real Estate team when required

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Legal PA
- Experience working within a law firm is strongly preferred
- Real Estate or Property experience would be a significant advantage

- Excellent diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a demanding professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Accurate document-production skills and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to manage multiple deadlines and anticipate the needs of the team
- A professional manner and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
