Spencer & Thurlow is representing a private client in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a UHNWI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating personal appointments and reservations
- Managing household administration
- Liaising with household staff and external suppliers
- Organising private events and social engagements
- Managing personal expenses and invoices
- Assisting with property administration
- Researching lifestyle requests and recommendations
- Handling confidential information with complete discretion
- Providing day-to-day personal support as required

Qualifications
- Degree educated, ideally from a Russell Group university.
- Previous experience as a PA supporting a UHNW individual or family
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Calm under pressure
- A positive, proactive approach
