Spencer & Thurlow is representing a private client in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a UHNWI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

  • Coordinating personal appointments and reservations

Qualifications

  • Degree educated, ideally from a Russell Group university.
  • Previous experience as a PA supporting a UHNW individual or family
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently
  • Calm under pressure
  • A positive, proactive approach
