You’ll be involved across a mix of:

  • Executive and personal assistant support
  • Diary and meeting management
  • Office management and general business administration
  • Coordinating travel, appointments and priorities
  • Supporting the Director with both business and occasional personal requirements
  • Helping keep the wider office and day-to-day operations running smoothly

Previous EA, PA and/or office management experience is required.

The office is based in central London, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, typically 1–2 days working from home, plus some requirement to work from the Director’s home in Surrey.

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
