About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a Team Assistant to join one of the world's leading private equity investors as an Executive Assistant supporting an established and growing, deal team. Working at the heart of the investment business, you'll partner with a group of impressive professionals in a fast-paced, international environment.
We are looking for an ambitious corporate Team Assistant ready to take the next step in their career. You'll join a collaborative, engaging and genuinely positive team that values initiative, professionalism, and character.
Responsibilities
Supporting a busy team of investment professionals, working alongside a Senior EA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple international jurisdictions.

- Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Scheduling meetings with investors, portfolio companies, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Managing meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating team events, off-sites, and client meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally
- Supporting wider team projects and helping drive operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners

Requirements
To be considered for this role you will have experience as a corporate Team Assistant or Junior EA, within professional or financial services. You will have a genuine ambition to develop into a career Executive Assistant. You will need to have a stable career history, and demonstrate genuine commitment to the company in which you work.
