Executive Assistant – Property
Mayfair, London | Up to £65,000 DOE | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to join a property business based in Mayfair. This is a predominantly EA-focused position, supporting at principal level, with a smaller element of private/personal assistance.
The role would suit an EA with 3–5 years’ experience within the property sector who is confident operating in a traditional, high-level EA capacity. Previous PA experience is also required, as the position will be approximately 80% Executive Assistant / 20% Personal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Managing inboxes, correspondence and communications
- Organising UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Preparing documents, reports and meeting materials
- Coordinating meetings and managing associated logistics
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting with ad hoc business administration
- Managing personal appointments, reservations and other PA requirements as needed

Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years’ EA experience within property
- Previous PA/private support experience
- Strong experience supporting senior executives or principals
- Excellent diary, inbox and travel-management skills
- A polished, professional and discreet approach
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate requirements and manage changing priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills

This is an office-based role in Mayfair, with the potential to work from home one day per week, subject to the principal’s schedule and business requirements.
Salary: Up to £65,000, dependent on experience
