🚀 The Role
As an Executive Assistant in the London office, you will provide top-class support to senior leaders and high-performing traders, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You’ll be a trusted partner—anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and enabling leaders to perform at their absolute best.

- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries and high-volume inboxes
- Coordinating global travel across multiple time zones with precision
- Preparing high-quality documents, board materials, presentations, and correspondence
- Leading meeting coordination: schedules, agendas, materials, logistics, and guest management
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders as a key liaison
- Supporting senior leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic business events
- Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
- Processing expenses and travel-related invoices
- Collaborating with a high-performing EA team to ensure flawless support across the business
- Taking ownership of process improvements, team efficiency, and seamless coverage
- Providing additional support across projects, events, and ad-hoc initiatives

⭐ What You Bring
We’re looking for an exceptional individual—someone with grit, intelligence, and the confidence to operate at the highest levels.
You will have:
- 3+ years of EA experience within a corporate or financial services environment
- A track record of supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, pressurised settings
- Strong diary and international travel management skills
- Impeccable communication—clear, polished, and professional
- Outstanding organisational capability and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise decisively and remain composed under pressure
- Maturity, discretion, and confidence when liaising with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset—always thinking ahead, always improving
