Temp to Perm Executive Assistant | London | Professional Services | £30–£40 per hour
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious professional services firm seeking an exceptional EA in a temp to perm capacity.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll be working closely with other EA colleagues. You'll be a confident, polished EA who can hit the ground running, with outstanding attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering flawless support service with very high standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries with precision
- Proactive inbox management, ensuring priorities are identified and actioned
- Coordinating intricate UK and international travel and logistics
- Preparing meeting papers, agendas, and presentations
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador for the executive
- Working closely with other EAs in the team to ensure seamless cover

You should:
- Have extensive experience supporting C-suite executives or senior partners within a professional services environment
- Be confident, highly polished, and exceptionally well presented
- Possess exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Be calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities effortlessly
- Be able to hit the ground running with minimal direction
