About the Role:
This is a busy Executive Assistant role providing high-level support to senior members of the investment team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities within a demanding environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination.
- Complex international travel arrangements and itinerary management.
- Expense management and general administrative support.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations and briefing documents.
- Liaising with the wider EA team and supporting ad hoc projects.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous EA experience supporting at Partner level within financial services, ideally private equity.
- Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Polished, professional and confident communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to manage changing priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, flexible approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a high level of discretion.
