HAIL Partners is working with a Global Investment firm who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their London team.

The role provides administrative and organisational support to senior executives and their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
  • Arrange travel needs and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
  • Organise and coordinate both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Excellent English, grammar, and written/oral communication skills
  • Proven record of successful problem solving
  • Superior organisational skills, record-keeping, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
  • Flexibility with work schedule and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and related software
