Executive Assistant
12-Month Contract
£50,000–£55,000
London – Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Halliday Marx have partnered with an international telecommunications business to hire an experienced EA on an interim basis for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and calendar management, including coordinating complex schedules and meetings.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes, summarising key discussions, decisions and actions.
- Building and maintaining to-do lists and action trackers, ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Coordinating and scheduling presentations, meetings and senior-level appointments.
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas and presentations where required.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipating the needs of senior leaders and proactively managing their workload.
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects and administrative requirements.

- Available to start in 2 weeks
- Previous experience supporting C-suite executives
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing complex diaries and multiple competing priorities.
- Strong at minute taking, summarising information and tracking actions.
- Highly reliable, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
