Executive Assistant- Communications Consultancy – £35k-£40k and benefits. 12 months FTC. City.

October 2026 start date. 2 Days WFH.

We are working with a global marketing and communications consultancy with a friendly and supportive culture, who are looking for an Executive Assistant to cover a period of maternity. Providing executive assistance to three Partners, you will also support the smooth running of the London and US office with a broad range of duties including HR administration, recruitment and presentation support.

Open on previous industry experience, this is a role for someone who is keen and quick to learn, ambitious, driven, and willing to grow within the role and business. If you are a confident communicator, hands on and ready for your next challenge, then this is a superb opportunity!

Duties include:

  • Proactive diary support for Partners including international scheduling
  • Booking/coordination of international travel
  • HR administration including leaver/joiner processes, assistance with UK/US recruitment, onboarding/offboarding employees, coordination of intern reviews
  • Organisation of Partner board meetings including documentation and circulation, supporting annual strategy day
  • Day to day office administration for London/US office
  • Oversight of IT/office equipment
  • Organisation of team socials/recognition initiatives
  • Oversight of suppliers/ad hoc purchasing

Candidate profile:

  • Experienced with complex diary management/scheduling of meetings across time zones
  • Experience of international travel organisation
  • Confident communicator, able to manage expectations and push back when needed
  • Emotionally robust, able to liaise confidently with high profile clients
  • Ambassadorial, willing, keen to learn/add value
  • Minimum 2-3yrs PA experience
  • IT literate
