Senior Executive Assistant

West End, London | Circa £80,000 + Bonus & Exceptional Benefits | Hybrid Working

Three days per week in the office, increasing to four during the probation period

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support three influential leaders: a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within the Investments division.

This is a genuinely high-profile opportunity, supporting executives who operate on an international scale within one of the industry's most respected investment firms. Working at the heart of the business, you'll become a trusted partner, ensuring your executives can focus on strategic priorities, investment activity and stakeholder relationships whilst you seamlessly manage the operational demands of their day-to-day responsibilities.

One of the executives spends more than 100 days each year travelling internationally, making this a role for someone who enjoys managing complex global logistics, anticipating challenges before they arise and operating with confidence in an ever-changing environment. Success in this position will come from building trusted relationships, exercising sound judgement and becoming a genuine extension of the executives you support.

You'll also join a highly regarded Executive Assistant team, working alongside experienced peers in a collaborative environment where professionalism, discretion and teamwork are genuinely valued.

The Role

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within the Investments division.
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, anticipating priorities and acting as a genuine extension of the executives you support.
  • Managing exceptionally complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive global travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and complex logistics.
  • Organising investor meetings, leadership meetings, conferences and international travel schedules.
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs and executive documentation to an exceptional standard.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising excellent judgement and complete discretion.
  • Acting as the central point of contact between the executives and stakeholders across the global business.
  • Monitoring competing priorities and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they arise.
  • Managing expenses, correspondence and day-to-day executive administration.
  • Providing occasional personal support where required.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
