We’re working with a long-standing client of ours to find an outstanding Project Coordinator for a highly regarded Executive Search firm. You would be joining their growing team in beautiful Central London offices. This role offers an incredibly collaborative and close team working environment as well as a fully established hybrid working structure. Your role would involve supporting senior stakeholders, maintaining detailed project timelines and coordinating complex diaries.

The role:

  • Coordinating multiple projects and priorities in accordance with deadlines.
  • Managing and overseeing stakeholder relationships.
  • Supporting senior consultants and executives across a variety of search assignments.
  • Organising meetings, calls, diaries and project activity, occasionally across different time zones.
  • Keeping stakeholders updated and ensuring communication is clear and timely.
  • Managing project documentation, processes and reporting.
  • Anticipating what needs to happen next and proactively keeping things moving.
  • Working closely with a highly collaborative team across the business.

  • Comfortable engaging with C suite executives and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proactive and able to take immediate initiative.
  • Polished and confident in a heavily client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain meticulously organised.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Project Coordination within the Executive Search industry or similar.

£50k - £60k DOE plus bonus + benefits
