The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high level administrative and organisational support to business leaders within P&C Direct Property Team.

Proactivity, confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are among the core skills required for this role. This role would likely suit somebody willing to take on significant responsibility.
Your Main Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Providing top level administrative support to senior members of the team, to include complex diary management
- Ensure effective trip management – organising sales meetings with identified target clients and manage a trip schedule for both domestic and international travel
- Processing expense claims, telephone liaison and interaction with clients, plus assisting in any other administrative related matters, as required
- Effective conference planning and organisation, including arranging client meetings
- Assisting in the organisation of quarterly client conferences plus any supporting seminars
- Execution and scheduling of sales campaigns – ensuring the team is rapidly following up and organising meetings as required
- For internal or external meetings – arranging logistics, preparing and producing meeting materials, and managing follow-up actions as needed
- Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate
