Executive Assistant / Secretary to CEO – Oil & Gas
Location: Saudi Arabia
Relocation: Full relocation to Saudi Arabia
Eligible Candidates: UK, Ireland, Europe & South Africa
Our client, a leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, correspondence, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, meetings, and executive schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, senior management, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support board meetings, corporate events, presentations, and other executive activities.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and business commitments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Experience within a corporate, multinational, or Oil & Gas environment is preferred.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
