Executive Assistant / Secretary to CEO – Oil & Gas

Our client, a leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, correspondence, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate business travel, accommodation, meetings, and executive schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, senior management, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and support board meetings, corporate events, and other executive activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Experience within a corporate, multinational, or Oil & Gas environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
