Role Overview
This role is supporting two senior leaders in the Global Corporate Sustainability team in London, taking care of:
- Calendar management & administrative support
- Being a true partner to your leaders, with the opportunity for project coordination alongside classic EA tasks: supporting with planning and logistics of key projects, including organising meetings, preparing materials, updating project plans and requirements
- Travel planning for leaders with accuracy and the ability to anticipate and handle last minute changes
- Managing and tracking budget and expenses for team leaders
- Managing vendor contracts, invoice and payment tracking for the teams
- Interacting with stakeholders across the business and across Sustainability team global offices as well as external partners such as NGO and industry experts
The role reports into the EA to Global CSO, working within a close EA team.

The role requires a balance between diligent EA day to day administrative support, the ability to respond to last minute changes as well as focused work on project coordination and planning.
