Executive Assistant / Team Assistant – 6-Month Contract

Mayfair | Up to £55,000 pro rata | ASAP start

We are looking for a highly organised EA/Team Assistant to join a successful investment business on an initial 6-month maternity cover contract.

A varied role combining diary management, travel, meetings, expenses, and general EA support, alongside some report production and administrative work.

  • Diary and meeting management across multiple time zones
  • International travel and expenses
  • Liaising with clients, brokers, and company contacts
  • General EA support
  • Typing and formatting reports/meeting notes
  • Downloading daily FactSet reports and adding broker votes

We're looking for:

  • Previous EA, PA, or Team Assistant experience
  • Ideally financial services/investment experience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good typing, MS Office, and Outlook skills
  • Proactive, professional, and happy working in a busy environment

Full training will be given on the report production/FactSet side. 5 days in the office initially, moving to 4 days office / Friday WFH.
