Birchrose Associates is proud to be representing an award-winning international law firm based in Liverpool Street, City of London, which is seeking an Executive Assistant Team Leader to join its highly regarded team.
The Firm
Our client, an award-winning and highly regarded international law firm based in the City of London is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Team Leader.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly capable legal support professional, delivering first-class, client-focused support to multiple Partners while taking on a leadership role within the wider EA function. Duties to include:
- Provide professional, client-focused Executive Assistant support to Partners and senior stakeholders
- Lead, motivate and develop the EA team, creating an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Manage EA performance reviews, provide feedback, identify training needs and support the ongoing development of team capability
- Manage the allocation and distribution of workloads across the EA team
- Act as a key point of contact for Partners, fee earners and business services teams
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and integration of new team members, including arranging appropriate training, buddies and mentors
- Manage team meetings, rotas, holidays, sickness and other absences, working closely with Partners and HR
- Ensure firm policies and procedures are followed while actively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support projects and initiatives across the Legal Administrative Support function, including testing new processes and providing feedback
- Assist the Head of Legal Administrative Services where appropriate and act as a key point of contact for wider support departments

This Executive Assistant Team Leader position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a law firm (essential)
- Experience supporting multiple Partners within a fast-paced legal environment (essential)
- Strong diary, travel, inbox and billing experience (essential)
- Previous experience leading a team of EAs (desirable)
