London (Hybrid Working) | Permanent

The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected national organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a number of senior office holders in a fast-paced and complex environment.

This is a highly visible, public-facing role. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to some of the organisation's most senior representatives, who regularly engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as key public ambassadors for the organisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing proactive and professional executive support, including:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries
  • Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of senior leaders
  • Preparing correspondence, briefings and meeting documentation
  • Building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Supporting governance and leadership activities within a complex organisational structure
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

About You

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant or Senior PA with:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience managing multiple competing demands and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Experience working within a charity, membership, public sector or similarly complex organisation would be advantageous.
