We're Hiring: Executive Assistant (CET Hours)
We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings.
- Take meeting notes and track action items.
- Organize files, Notion systems, and SOPs.
- Coordinate travel and executive logistics.
- Handle communications and ad hoc operational tasks.
- Use AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Availability to work CET hours.
- Executive Assistant or Operations experience.
- Strong Google Workspace (especially Sheets) and Notion skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
- Startup or agency experience.
- Zapier, automations, or GoHighLevel (GHL).
- German or Russian is a plus.
