Reference: FM7393 Salary: £55,000 Location: The City

We’re working with a rapidly growing international insurance business with operations across London, Dubai, Europe, and the US.

Their London office is home to around 240 people, all based across one impressive open-plan floor, creating a genuinely collaborative and sociable environment.

Their offices are amazing - slick, modern, and 36 floors up with incredible views across the City. But what really makes this opportunity interesting is the culture.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced EA to support the COO in a high-profile role within the business.

  • You’ll be part of a team of five other EAs, working in a fast-paced, growing organization where relationships and collaboration really matter.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business — anticipating what’s needed, building strong relationships, keeping things moving, and becoming a trusted partner to a senior leader.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
