Role Description

The Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) internship is a remote role providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling
  • Coordinating virtual meetings
  • Preparing agendas and minutes
  • Handling email and correspondence
  • Assisting with expense tracking and basic reporting
  • Organizing digital files and documentation
  • Supporting follow-up on key initiatives and stakeholder communications

Additional tasks may include:

  • Conducting research
  • Preparing briefing materials and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth executive operations

This internship is designed to offer exposure to executive-level decision-making in a dynamic, impact-focused organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative support skills.
  • Experience or ability to provide executive support, including managing priorities and confidential information.
  • Competence in preparing and reconciling expense reports and maintaining accurate administrative records.
  • Effective diary management skills, including scheduling, coordination across time zones, and meeting organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, inclusive communication style.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, video conferencing, document sharing platforms).
  • Demonstrated interest in mental health, digital health, or social impact sectors is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
