Global Policy Network (GPN) is a proactive global health think tank that shapes policies, education, and sustainability initiatives to improve healthcare access and affordability worldwide. GPN connects policy experts, market access leaders, academics, payers, innovators, and civil society to develop evidence-based strategies that strengthen health and education systems. Guided by key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, GPN focuses on impact policy, proposals, and partnerships that drive equitable and sustainable health outcomes. Role Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to GPN leadership in a remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Preparing and organising documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating virtual events and calls with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling correspondence
- Tracking action items
- Maintaining digital filing systems to ensure efficient information flow and follow-up
- Supporting tasks such as compiling expense information, preparing briefings, and assisting with special projects related to global health policy initiatives

This is a remote role that offers opportunities to engage with international partners and gain experience in global health and policy work.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and task coordination.
- Strong Executive Support and Expense Reports skills, including organising leadership priorities, preparing materials, and tracking basic expense information.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email and virtual meeting etiquette.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Relevant experience supporting executives, teams, or projects in nonprofit, policy, healthcare, or academic environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and virtual meeting platforms) and comfort working in cloud-based systems is advantageous.
- Interest in global health, policy, sustainability, or international collaboration, and the ability to work respectfully with diverse cultures and perspectives is highly valued.
