Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
A highly successful, privately owned investment and operating group is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a standout opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong track record of acquiring and scaling UK businesses across sectors including healthcare, construction, and property. With a current portfolio generating over £45m in annual turnover and ambitious plans for significant growth over the next 3–5 years, the business offers both stability and exciting long-term prospects.
Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Founder’s activities, acting as a trusted partner and key point of coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level, 1:1 executive support to the Founder
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing and managing expenses
- Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Attending meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking follow-ups
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an EA/PA or similar role
- Proven ability to support at senior level in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working closely with the Founder within a small team
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Motivated to grow within an entrepreneurial and evolving business
