C&C Search is currently recruiting a strategic EA to support the CEO of a high-growth tech firm.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded EA who wants to operate as a true business partner to a dynamic CEO. As EA, the role allows scope to make a visible impact within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position: EA to CEO

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 DOE

Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office (Barnet, North London) / 7.30am-5.30pm

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO position:

  • Managing a complex and constantly changing diary with back to back meetings
  • Inbox management, drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Extensive travel coordination with all logistics
  • Coordinate high-level client meetings and prepare detailed meeting briefings, research and agendas
  • High level stakeholder engagement and relationship management – work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to drive business targets
  • 20% private duties

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as strategic EA to CEO / Founder within tech, financial services or investment banking ideally
  • Must be minimum degree educated or equivalent/higher education
  • Commercial awareness with outstanding written communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working at pace and able to offer high levels of flexibility
