Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This position provides high-level executive support to the CEO, including:

  • Managing diaries and schedules
  • Coordinating meetings and travel
  • Preparing expense reports and other administrative documentation

  • Handling correspondence
  • Drafting and formatting presentations
  • Maintaining confidential records
  • Ensuring the CEO is fully briefed for internal and external engagements

The Executive Assistant will:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Coordinate events and follow-up actions
  • Help streamline workflows and priorities for the CEO

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, providing comprehensive support to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Demonstrated ability in Diary Management, with experience organizing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Competence in handling Expense Reports and other financial administration accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when working with confidential information.
  • Comfort with hybrid working, including effective use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, calendar systems, video conferencing platforms).
  • Previous experience supporting executives in nonprofit, community, or social impact organizations is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field is beneficial.
