πŸ’Ό About the Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Intern to provide remote support to the CEO.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience working closely with senior leadership while developing skills in executive support, administration, communication, digital collaboration, mental health, healthcare innovation, and social impact.

You do not need a university degree to apply. We are particularly interested in your attitude, potential, communication skills, willingness to learn, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. πŸš€

πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities

The successful intern will support the CEO with:

  • Managing and coordinating the CEO's diary and appointments.
  • Scheduling meetings across different UK and international time zones.
  • Coordinating virtual meetings and online events.
  • Supporting professional correspondence and stakeholder communications.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Organising and maintaining digital files and documents.
  • Assisting with expense reports and basic financial tracking.
  • Tracking actions, deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Supporting communication with NHS, community, nonprofit, healthcare, and international stakeholders.
  • Handling sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
  • Helping the CEO prioritise commitments and make effective use of their time.
  • Supporting other projects and administrative activities as required.
