We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a boutique Property Investment firm based in Soho, London.

This is a key role supporting the CEO across their day-to-day activities, with responsibility for managing their diary, coordinating priorities, and ensuring they are fully supported and organised.

This is a fully office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s diary, coordinating meetings, appointments, and all associated logistics
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas, accommodation, and transport
  • Prepare research, presentations, and briefing notes to support executive decision-making
  • Monitor and manage email communications, responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate and prioritising urgent matters
  • Track and process expenses, ensuring accurate categorisation and record-keeping
  • Organise internal company events, including socials and the annual end-of-year celebration
  • Assist in supporting HR processes and policy administration

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership within a corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
