A highly respected international professional services business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chief of Staff and wider senior leadership team.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role offering exposure across executive support, operations, events and office management within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • High-volume inbox management and prioritisation
  • Extensive travel coordination
  • Meeting preparation, briefing packs and stakeholder research
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Office operations and facilities support
  • HR administration
  • Occasional personal support for the CEO
  • Acting as a key point of coordination across the business

About You

  • 3-5+ years' Executive Assistant experience
  • Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously
  • Experienced supporting senior executives in a demanding environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
