Kredete is building the financial infrastructure connecting people, companies, and institutions across markets.

What started as a consumer app for the immigrant economy became something bigger: real-time payments infrastructure connecting global markets.

Kredete operates across 60+ markets, backed by 10+ regulatory licenses and deep partnerships, powering consumers, corporates, banks, and fintechs on a single settlement layer. Our mission is access: for people who deserve financial visibility, for companies that deserve efficient global rails, and for markets that deserve to be connected to the world economy on equal terms

  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence and communications.
  • Travel globally as needed.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across teams.
  • Track key action items, deadlines, and executive priorities.
  • Support board meetings, investor communications, customer engagements, and leadership meetings.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and organize information to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New York office, help maintain a professional, welcoming, and high-performing work environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
