Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
Location: Central London

Our client, a fast-growing finance consultancy, is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious business in a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation.

Supporting a busy CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring their time is managed effectively, coordinating key business activities and acting as a trusted right-hand support. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities, from complex diary and inbox management to meeting coordination, events, project support and stakeholder engagement. As the business continues to grow, there will be excellent scope to develop and shape the position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas and briefing materials
  • Managing senior leadership meetings and follow-up actions
  • Organising travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Preparing presentations, reports and business documentation
  • Managing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating client and internal events
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and wider leadership team initiatives

  • Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
  • Must have experience within financial or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
