As our Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Chief People Officer. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
Provide high-quality executive support to the Chief People Officer, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and leadership responsibilities. This role ensures seamless coordination of schedules, governance processes, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. It acts as a key enabler for the People function’s effectiveness and supports the delivery of organisational goals through efficient administration and proactive problem-solving. The role supports People team offsites and strategy events, helps to manage People know-how and assists with ad-hoc projects and social events.
Strategic contribution
- Enable leadership focus by managing complex diaries, prioritising commitments, and coordinating governance activities.
- Support organisational clarity and efficiency through accurate documentation, timely communication, and process discipline.
- Enhance stakeholder experience by ensuring smooth interactions with Board members, senior executives, and external advisors.
- Drive team engagement through coordination of offsites, events, and internal communications.

Core Accountabilities
As our Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Chief People Officer’s diary, inbox, travel, meetings and confidential correspondence across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless executive support.
- Leading the governance and operating rhythm of the People Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, agendas, papers, strategic workshops and actions to drive accountability and effective decision-making.
- Coordinating high-quality communications, presentations, briefings and leadership updates, ensuring timely information flow and clarity across senior stakeholders, RACIs, DoAs and decision remits.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chief People Officer’s office, including global scheduling, leadership forums, town halls, offsites, budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, records and governance materials.
- Driving operational efficiency through streamlined processes, digital tools, automation and improved ways of working, while building strong relationships across the People function and wider organisation.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Proven executive support experience in a fast-paced, global environment, with strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- High integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration, scheduling and document management tools, with confidence adopting new technology.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, able to anticipate needs, manage changing priorities and support event coordination and team engagement activities.
