We’re hiring: Executive Assistant to the Deputy Group CEO & Group CFO
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with senior leaders, and takes pride in getting the detail right?
This could be an exciting opportunity for you. We’re looking for a highly professional, proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-quality executive support to our Deputy Group CEO and Group CFO, while also working closely with the wider Group Executive Team.
This is a varied and influential role, with the opportunity to contribute to:
- Executive and senior leadership support
- Governance, audit and regulatory activity
- Financial administration and reporting
- Policy and process development
- Committee coordination and action tracking
- Continuous improvement across executive support and organisational processes

We’re looking for someone who is organised, resilient and highly attentive to detail, with excellent communication skills, sound numeracy and the confidence to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience within Further Education, Higher Education, the public sector, charity or another regulated environment would be advantageous.

📍 Location: Primarily Bromley and Orpington, with travel to other Group sites as required
⏰ Full-time: 37 hours per week
💷 Salary: £34,106 – £40,697
