Description
Premier League Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation, providing administrative support to six Directors, while also offering secondary support to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will thrive on managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring that the leaders can operate at their best. We are looking for someone who combines excellent organisational and communication skills with sound judgement and a positive, solutions-focused mindset. You will be adaptable, confident working both independently and collaboratively, and motivated by the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute within a high-performing team.

Our hybrid working model also allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week, where possible. You will be expected to attend the office or site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
The Role
- Manage complex and fast-changing diaries across the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring efficient group coordination and priorities are managed effectively.
- Coordinate internal and high-profile external meetings, managing logistics, documentation, stakeholder communications and delivering an exceptional guest experience at Olympia.
- Support in creating, formatting and refining high-quality presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote for the Senior Leadership team.
- Provide a supporting role in organising club hospitality, projects and annual events.
- Develop a strong understanding of key clients, partners and stakeholders, recognising their importance to the business and anticipating their needs.
- Deliver core administrative support, including forward planning, monitoring actions and deadlines, arranging travel, and managing expense claims.
- Contribute to wider team initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
- Report to and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, supporting day-to-day priorities, stakeholder engagement, guest logistics and administrative activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
Requirements For The Role
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar position, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the broadcast, production or technology industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and adapt to different personalities and working styles.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities, respond quickly to new demands, and remain calm under pressure.
- Anticipation and identification of potential issues and upcoming tasks, using initiative to solve problems before they arise.
- Excellent command of all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Friendly but professional client facing manner - positive, professional, proactive, diligent with a flexible approach to work, a resilient and calm manner, and always tactful and diplomatic.
- Able to read situations and act accordingly (knowing when to persist and when not to) and able to handle confidential and sensitive information and demonstrate sincere discretion.
- Confident and clear communicator.
- Timely, accurate and reliable.
- Experience in the broadcast, production or technology industry is desirable, but not essential.
